The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web Site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

MG Industries, Inc. is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. MG Industries, Inc. collects information from our users at several different points on our website.

Cookies:

A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive dontaining information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. One the user closes their browser, the cookie simply terminates. For instance, by setting a cookie on our site, the user would not have to log in a password more than once,thereby saving time while on our site. If a user rejects the cookie, they may still use our site. The only drawback to this is the user will be limited in some areas of our site. Cookies can also enable us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance the experience on our site.

Returns:

All returns must be approved prior to shipment of the returning unit. Upon approval, you will be granted a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number that will connect your return shipment to the return request. This will help us to process your return quickly.
All products must be in NEW/ UNINSTALLED/ UNOPENED condtion with all the parts included to be sent back in NEW and original packaging.
Returns will not be accepted after 30-day from receipt date.
Customer is 100% responsible for shipping costs.
Credit will be issued after the product is inspected and found to be in new condition.
ALL returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Additional fees may be incurred on non-stocking items which is determined by MG Industries, Inc.
Refusal of a shipment will result in an automatic restocking fee determined upon the cost of the fees associated with the refusal.

General/ New Returns will NOT be accepted under the following conditions:

Product has been installed or attempt of install.
Product has been damaged.
Product is shipped without the original packaging, instructions and/ or parts.
Product packaging has been opened and or seal has been broke on the product.
Custom units are not available for return.

Mean Green Warranty:

Mean Green Alternators are warranted for a period of one (1) year from the purchase date. Mean Green Starters are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. Commercial and Racing Starters are warranted for a period of one (1) year.

Except for the following exclusions:

Improper installation
Water immersion
Damage from vehicle accident or collision
Starter/ Alternator unit altered or modified in any way

NO Starter/ Alternator product may be returned for any reason unloess prior Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number has been issued from MG Industries, Inc. ONLY

Replacement units will be given for Starter/ Alternator products found to be defective, on approval only, after inspection. NO credit will be issued.

MG Industries, Inc. / Mean Green will not be liable for labor charges and other intangible or consequent losses that might be claimed as a result of the failure of any part, nor shall it be liable for damages or injury to person(s) or property resulting from miuse or improper installation of any part subject to this warranty.
